Children’s Friend is seeking Masters level graduates who are licensed Mental Health Counselors or Social Workers with experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents and families. Knowledge of collateral systems is essential. Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. We have outpatient clinics in Salem, Lynn, Amesbury and Gloucester, as well as numerous outreach offices.

Vice President of Community Services

Children’s Friend and Family Services is pleased to announce a newly created management position, to take on the leadership of our care management and mental health services. This individual will be a member of our Executive Team and report to the President, with the opportunity to impact the long term direction and growth of the organization.

We seek an individual with the following qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a mental health discipline
• 7-10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 of those years in a senior management role of large complex clinical programs
• Knowledge of wraparound theory and research
• Strong knowledge of the evolving Massachusetts systems of care for youth and families
• A true love of, and skill at, working in collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders
